As an artist, I maintain complete rights and ownership over the commissioned artwork unless discussed, including the ability to post it on my personal websites, create speed paints, and feature it in my portfolios.[Unless stated different in an agreement]

By agreeing to commission me and submitting a request for application, you agree to the following terms:⟡Kindly only commission me if you agree to my terms and patient enough since I have a wrist issue right now.⟡You have usage rights to any reference materials and designs provided for use in the project.⟡You are responsible for understanding the usage policies and terms of the platforms you use the artist’s deliverables on.⟡My prices and Term of Services are subject to change at any time.
⟡ I have the rights to decline any commission if I deem that I do not fit to make it or I am uncomfortable.
⟡ No physical item will be shipped to you. You will only received digital goods in form of digital files.
⟡ Kindly take note that I am still learning how to rig, but rest assured that I'll do my best and research whenever I do rigging.

⟡All prices are subjected to change based on the complexity and length of the commissions. Additional charges may be requested after the final product is sent.⟡ All commissions must be paid in full, upfront.⟡Payments exceeding 700 USD can may have payment plans. (You can message me if you want a payment plan, but keep in mind that fully paid or commissions with rush fees takes priority.)Payment Plan mode:
Once a 50% payment is made, I will initiate the project by undertaking 50% of the work. Upon receiving the full payment, I will dedicate my efforts to accomplishing the remaining 100% of the tasks.⟡Until it is paid, the commission is put on hold. Work will resume after payment has been received.⟡ Payment will be made through Paypal Invoice System.⟡ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

⟡ I'll do my best to finish the commission around 2 weeks to 6 months. Unless it's a rushed commission then it will be delivered on the discussed deadline.

⟡Commercial fees will be added if on platforms that with monetary value or generate any kind of profit/income. Vtuber Assets or streaming assets are automatically counted as commercial use. Some prices includes the commercial fee if stated. Commercial fees ranges from 2x or 3x of the base price.⟡Rush fee will be added to the base price if there's a deadline or if you want to skip the wait list and meet a certain deadline. Rush fees ranges from:

Less than 1 Month = +50%
Less than 2 Weeks = +100%
Less than 1 Week = +150%
Live2d Commission:
Less than 2 Months = +50%
Less than 1 Month = +75%

Will be based on the final price, it is negotiable, you can just DM me.⟡ Private fees will be added to the base price if the client wants to private the commission and posted on a specific date. I will post the commissioned art on my portfolio unless you stated that it's a private commission. ⟡No refunds unless I have to cancel your order for some reason. Kindly only commission me if you are comfortable with my terms.⟡If you cancel a commission around designing or sketching phase, you will be charged 150 USD for the time and effort it took to put it all together. Being on the waitlist signifies your willingness to proceed with the commission.⟡ If you issued charge backs or refund the following applies:♦Any ownership and rights from the artwork I made will be removed from you.♦The artist is allowed to sell the design they 100% made.♦Conversations will be submitted to Paypal as an evidence of the aggrement.♦Issuing a chargeback will result in blacklisting you and alerting my fellow artist about you on my social media.

⟡I will update you from time to time during the process. You can also message me on Twitter for updates. Do not be afraid to message me, I am more happy to talk to you about your commission.⟡Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.⟡A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing.

⟡Client and artist are allowed to post WIPs or the actual commissioned piece on the platform unless stated that it's private.⟡I have the right to reveal and post a showcase of the delivered commission (Unless you stated that it's private commission or have a set debut)⟡The artist is NOT allowed to turn the artwork or design into profitable goods or merchandise that will give gain personally or to any other individual or group who is NOT the client.⟡You may repost the art on your social medias but kindly credit me or provide a link to my social media.⟡Client must not claim the work as their own. Kindly credit my work in your social medias whenever you post it or a spot in your streaming platform (Twitch "Credit Panel" or Youtube Description)⟡Prior to reselling any models, kindly seek my permission as I consider each model to be as precious as my own children. It is important for me to be aware of the new owner of the model.⟡Do not edit,trace or modify the model/art I sent you.⟡Do not share the PSD model publicly.⟡The client is responsible to save the files from the download link I will provide, the files will be there for 3 months.⟡Never mint my art in any form of A! or NFT system.
